Duties

Requirements
Previous experience in a construction environment
Strong plumbing or HVAC knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, safely.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well in a team-oriented environment.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects when necessary.
Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
