Looking for a part time, on demand handyman to maintain rental properties in the Garland/Rowlett/south Dallas areas. Require skills in light plumbing, electrical, drywall/painting, general make ready. Must be dependable (show up on time), professional (polite to tenants, clean up work areas afterwards), flexible (work around tenants schedule), and skillful (fix it right the first time). Pays $30/hour same day. No wasting time giving quotes. Require clean background as we are required to do screening. No license is required but you need to be experienced. This is a 1099 contract position, not an employee.
