What You’ll Do:
Assist with residential electrical, battery backup, and generator systems
Support wire pulls, panel work, battery swaps, and load testing
Learn to use multimeters, clamp meters, and thermal cameras
Help maintain clean, safe job sites and follow safety protocols
Track hours for your Texas Apprentice Electrician License
Requirements:
Construction, electrical, HVAC, or similar background
Able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work outdoors/rooftops
Must have (or be able to get) a Texas Apprentice License (TDLR)
Reliable transportation to job sites or daily meeting points
Strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and willingness to learn
Bonus Points For:
2+ years of relevant experience
Experience with battery systems, generators, or brands like Generac
OSHA-10 or basic safety training
