We are hiring Landscape Foremen / Crew Leaders for a fast-growing landscape company. 3 or more years of experience in landscaping is required, as well as a valid driver’s license. Daily Job duties include managing multiple work crews, schedules & routes, navigating throughout Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex areas & properties, mowing with zero turns, walk-behind mowers, tractors with a brush hog, edging, weed eating, and plant installations.
Must have that “can-do-attitude” and a desire to put forth your best; to go above and beyond for our clients. MUST BE A PROBLEM SOLVER. Bilingual in Spanish is a FINANCIAL plus. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE
- Experience & knowledge with managing crews including work trucks and landscape equipment
- Effective communication and relationship building with team members and clients
- Train all new personnel on procedures, performance, and safety standards
- Support operations as needed, including pickup, delivery, and unloading of materials; driving truck with trailer; etc.
