Texas Cleaning Crew is a premium residential cleaning service serving homes, townhomes, and apartments across Dallas–Fort Worth. Our cleaners are background-checked, well compensated, and supported with the tools and technology needed to succeed. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position. We will provide guidance on how to make the most of this setup, including allowable tax deductions.

Responsibilities- Cleaners
Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning services
Follow company cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and quality
Maintain professionalism and customer service at all times
Report any issues, damages, or safety concerns
Responsibilities- Supervisors
Lead a small team of cleaners on each job site or multiple job sites
Ensure cleaning is performed to company standards and completed on schedule
Communicate directly with customers in basic English
Provide training, feedback, and support to team members
Communicate promptly with clients and management through our scheduling system
Serve as the primary point of contact during cleanings
General Requirements
Prior professional cleaning experience required
No English required — Spanish speakers are welcome
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Ability to perform physical tasks, including:
Lifting and moving up to 20–50 pounds
Standing, bending, kneeling, reaching
Using step stools/ladders for high areas
Access to reliable transportation
Must pass a background check
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Uniform requirement: must purchase company tops (T-shirts, hoodie, jacket) and wear with dark jeans or khakis.
Willingness to work as an Independent Contractor (1099)
