Housekeeper - Job Description
As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms
Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum areas as required
Remove trash and ensure waste areas are clean and organized
Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to the supervisor
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage areas for cleaning supplies
Requirements:
Experience in housekeeping is a plus but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Must be able to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks as needed
Groundskeeper - Job Description
As a Groundskeeper, you will maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment grounds.
Responsibilities:
Maintain clean, safe walkways and outdoor spaces
Remove litter and debris from all areas of the grounds
Inspect outdoor areas for potential hazards and report them as needed
Requirements:
Experience in groundskeeping is a plus but not required
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and dependability
