We are seeking an experienced Welder to repair and reinforce metal steps at our apartment community projects in East Dallas. This is an individual, non-contractor position, and pay is by the job, not hourly.

Individual must supply their own welding machine, tools, and equipment
Requirements:
Must have proven experience welding and repairing metal steps or staircases
Must have own welding machine and reliable transportation
Ability to work safely, efficiently, and complete jobs on time
Must be detail-oriented and professional
Scope of Work:
Welding and repairing damaged or broken metal steps in apartment communities
Reinforcing staircases and structural components as needed
Following community safety guidelines and completing work to professional standards
