RESIDENTIAL FIELD INSPECTORS needed near the Cleburne area. Are you looking for Part-Time work as a way to obtain a source of extra income? If so, perhaps this position is for you!
Residential Field Inspector must:
- Perform visual field inspections
- Perform daily inspections and route planning
- Handle rush requests based on client & company needs. Some must be completed within 24 hours.
- Perform all types of inspections accurately and on time
- Research address on internet or map app to locate the correct property location
- Be available by phone for questions
Inspectors must have the following items to perform the job:
- A working computer
- A source of reliable transportation
- A digital camera or camera on phone
- Valid Driver's License
- Current automobile insurance
- Cell phone with reliable service
- Scanner and printer or an all-in-one
- Maps and/or GPS System
Inspectors are paid weekly per inspection and are considered an independent contractor. Must complete and sign Contractor Agreement. Inspector will receive a 1099 at year-end.
