Job Description:
We are seeking a sharp, motivated individual to join our team as a Tech Assistant. This is a full-time position offering long-term employment with room for growth. As a Tech Assistant, you’ll provide valuable support to our installation team, assisting with both in-shop production and on-site installations for our specialty services.
Responsibilities:
Assist the installation team during both shop and on-site installations
Help with preparing materials, tools, and equipment for installation jobs
Support team members with various production tasks as needed
Ensure all installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to our high standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits
Requirements:
Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license (required)
Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Must be able to follow directions and troubleshoot basic issues
Prior experience in construction or installation is a plus but not required – training provided!
