What We’re Specifically Looking For
1. 1+ years of professional cleaning experience (commercial or residential) OR a willingness to learn.
2. Ability to pass a background check.
3. Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
4. Physically able to do cleaning tasks such as bending, twisting, and reaching.
5. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to follow instructions/work independently.
6. Open to subcontracting work that fits with your schedule.
7. Someone interested in growing into a potential leadership role.
Responsibilities
1. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and offices.
2. Dust, mop, vacuum, and perform other routine cleaning tasks.
3. Empty trash bins, replace liners, and restock restroom supplies as needed.
