Mansfield Mowing is looking for a Crew Member that can deliver exemplary, unmatched customer service. Help us continue to be “The Green Standard” in the landscape industry. As a crew member you will assist with day-to-day maintenance and/or installation duties on client properties. You will also execute all required maintenance/installation responsibilities efficiently and productively. You will safely operate machinery and hand tools as directed by your supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Properly operate equipment and tools
Maintain a safe non-hazardous work environment
Complete assigned duties efficiently by working with members of the team.
Requirements:
Must be able to provide proof of 2 a years experience in landscaping and demonstrate ability to safely and efficiently use all equipment.
Physical ability to meet work demand in all weather conditions
Experience with tractor style mowers, stand-on mowers and 21" walk behind mowers, straight shaft weed-eaters preferred.
Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to work.
Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
Ability to perform in a team environment is a must.
Pay:
Pay will be determined upon your level of knowledge of how to operate equipment , landscape maintenance and landscape installation.
We pay direct deposit every week and you will need to fill out a W-2.
