Looking to start your welding career or take your skills to the next level? LSI Staffing has immediate openings for MIG & TIG Welders. This is a great opportunity for both entry-level candidates fresh out of school and experienced welders looking to apply their expertise.
Responsibilities:
Perform MIG and/or TIG welding according to project specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
Set up and maintain welding machines and equipment
Deliver high-quality welds that meet safety and production standards
Follow all company safety protocols
Shift & Pay:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Entry-Level Welders: $15/hr
Experienced Welders: Up to $21/hr (with raise opportunities once hired permanently)
