Primary Responsibility:
Our Maintenance / Handyman Tech is part of the Maintenance Team. Responsible for performing and servicing the technical needs of the customers once it has been assigned to him/her. The Maintenance / Handyman Tech is the field representative of Texas Maintenance Solutions. The Maintenance / Handyman Tech handles and completes all paperwork associated with the completion of the job and handles all material needed in the completion of the job. The Handyman Service Technician will be required to upkeep and repair tasks for interior or exterior of shopping centers, including concrete repairs, demolition and haul offs, asphalt repairs, cleaning facilities, drywall repairs, miscellaneous painting, etc. Requires a good understanding of quality finish, construction process and trade knowledge with strong general repair skills. Must be dependable and have reliable transportation. He /She must have the ability to work an overnight schedule and deliver high-quality service and workmanship. Also, they must observe and follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures in executing their job.
