What You'll Do:
Handle service requests and unit make-readies during business hours.
Be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
Inspect and maintain the condition of properties.
Complete repairs and ensure make-ready units are done on schedule.
Keep accurate maintenance records.
Follow safety protocols and maintain tools/materials inventory.
Collaborate with the team and solve problems effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic building maintenance knowledge.
Good communication skills.
Organized and able to meet deadlines.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable with basic computer tasks.
Flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
