Part-Time House Manager & Family Assistant (with Light Childcare and Meal Preparation)
Location: Plano TX
Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 1:00–6:00 PM
Compensation: $20-$25per hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
-Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy household, including daily cleaning of common areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens
-Prepare healthy, balanced dinners 3-4 nights per week, accommodating family preferences and dietary needs.
-Plan and execute grocery shopping trips, ensuring the pantry and refrigerator are stocked with fresh, nutritious ingredients.
-Monitor household supplies (e.g., cleaning products, toiletries, paper goods) and promptly notify the family when items are running low for timely reordering.
-Run basic errands, such as picking up dry cleaning, pharmacy items, or other small tasks as needed.
-Prepare nutritious after-school snacks for the children, promoting healthy eating habits.
-Occasionally drive the children to activities, appointments, or school as required (valid driver's license and clean driving record necessary).
-Handle all laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, ironing, and organizing clothes for the entire family.
Requirements:
Proven ability to cook healthy, family-friendly meals from scratch (please provide references or sample healthy menus).
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
Must pass comprehensive background check and provide at least two professional references.
Maintain a smoke-free and drug-free lifestyle; the home is a strictly smoke-free environment.
Excellent organizational skills and proactive communication (e.g., texting supply updates or schedule changes).
Comfortable working in a home with children and able to engage positively with kids when preparing snacks or driving.
Physical capability to perform light lifting, standing for extended periods, and routine household tasks.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire, we will pay for that.)
