Job description:
Pay range $18-20
Porter / Groundskeeper needed for apartment community in North Dallas.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain the grounds and common areas of the property.
· Keep common interior and property grounds free of trash and dog waste
. Help maintain pool, spa and pool furniture
· Assist maintenance and service teams as necessary
· Maintain frequent communication throughout the day.
. Post notices
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift and dispose of large items into a dumpster.
Maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors, and other employees.
Communicate clearly to residents and respond to resident’s service requests and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
Can use power and hand tools effectively and safely when completing maintenance tasks.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
