Job Description: We are seeking motivated and dependable Residential and AirBnB cleaners to join our team. As a cleaner with Magic Maids, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes and businesses are spotless and welcoming.
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including appliances, counters, sinks, and toilets.
Launder and replace bed and bathroom linens.
Empty trash bins and replace liners.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Follow specific client instructions and requests for customized cleaning tasks.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and used properly.
Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to provide consistent, high-quality service.
Various other cleaning and organizational tasks.
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience required.
Honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
English is mandatory. Spanish is a bonus.
Clean background. Background check is required.
