Will be completing Grass cuts, clean-outs, lock changes, winterizations, providing bids to complete work, Bid approvals and repair work.
payment terms- Net 15 or less and net 30 or less . I have Mutiple clients with different pay schedules. will be paid by direct deposit.

Must turn work in on time.
truck, trailer, riding mower, compressor, separate pressure gauge, smart phone, general tools and generator.
