We are seeking a mature person, or couple, with horse knowledge to live in a very nice, one bedroom, furnished barn apartment on a twenty-five acre ranch in Ennis, Texas. Will care for five horses and also light ranch upkeep. Compensation is housing, water, electricity, basic Dish cable, Starlink internet, trash collection, pest control, and a Generac for power outages. (Compensation is valued between $2000 to $2500 a month) NO SALARY. MUST HAVE OTHER INCOME that allows you to be at the ranch.We are looking for a person or couple who are homebodies, who love horses, and will be content to live on a ranch. Ideally, someone who gets retirement or a couple where one can work off property and the other can care for horses. Must be NON-SMOKER AND DRUG FREE. References are required.
