What You’ll Do
Travel to homes and offices in your chosen areas
Execute cleaning jobs according to scope, ensuring top-quality results
Manage supplies and time efficiently to minimize waste
Communicate clearly with our office and clients as needed
Represent Maid Up Cleaners with professionalism, reliability, and pride
Report any issues, delays, or client feedback proactively
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Your own cleaning supplies & vacuum
General liability insurance (or willingness to get it – we can help)
Able to pass a background check
Detail-oriented, punctual, and takes pride in their work
Strong time management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and follow through
Not a Fit If You…
Ghost clients or cancel at the last minute
Lack of experience or professional supplies
Cut corners or ignore quality standards
Aren’t legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Position Details
Location: Denton County and surrounding areas
Schedule: Flexible – set your availability
Type: 1099 Subcontractor (not W2)
Pay: $24–$42/hour equivalent ( Done as a commission split - paid weekly)
