Compensation: $500 per month, per facility as well as associated dump fees after auction. Direct expenses reimbursed with full receipt.
Storage Facility Maintenance/Handyman Needed
Must have a valid driver's license, smart phone (for images/video), and vehicle. $500/month (about 5-6 hours of work per week on average; less in winter/more in summer). Little to no customer contact.
Travel to and maintain storage facility and grounds including minor repairs
-Replacing lights
-Hanging and updating signage
-Cleaning exterior of buildings and individual units after auction
-Over lock and cut locks in prep for auction
-Take and upload short videos and images for marketing and auction
Coordinate and price vendors; meet with vendors for major repairs, maintenance, and facility upkeep.
Ability to operate within all local and state laws/codes regarding evictions and auctions.
