Job Description:
Labor Finders is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join its Street Maintenance Team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining city streets, repairing roadways, and performing various general labor tasks to keep public areas safe and well-maintained. Duties may include asphalt patching, pothole repairs, debris removal, and assisting with other city maintenance projects as needed. This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and using tools and equipment for street and road maintenance.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a clean driving record, reliable transportation to Princeton, and be willing to work in outdoor environments for extended periods. A background check and drug test are required (no theft, assaults, or violent crimes). Additionally, candidates must own steel-toe boots, as all other PPE will be provided by the City of Princeton. Strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to follow safety procedures are essential for success in this role.
