Pacesetter Personnel Services is currently seeking a Telehandler Operator for a construction site in Denton, TX.
Shift: Monday- Saturday 6:45am-5pm
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Telehandler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating telehandlers to move, lift, and transport materials around the job site. This role requires a strong understanding of machinery operation and safety protocols, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Operate telehandlers to lift and transport materials and equipment safely.
Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials to prevent damage.
Conduct routine inspections of the telehandler to ensure it is in good working condition.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate material movement on-site.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
Utilize precision measuring instruments and hand tools as needed for tasks.
Assist in assembly line operations as required, ensuring quality standards are met.
Qualifications
Proven experience operating telehandlers or similar heavy machinery.
Mechanical knowledge with a strong understanding of factory operations
Experience working in a warehouse or assembly line environment is advantageous.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Certification for operating telehandlers is highly desirable.
Telehandler Operator: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
Rough Terrain Forklift Certification (Required)
OSHA 10 (Required)
