Job Summary:
Dynasty is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team. This position is responsible for safely handling metal products, loading and unloading materials, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring inventory accuracy. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, cranes, and other equipment
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Operate saws, shears, or other metal processing equipment (training provided)
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of materials and shipments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks
Requirements:
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Comfortable working in an industrial environment (indoor/outdoor)
Basic math and measurement skills
Forklift or crane experience a plus (training available)
Steel-toe boots required
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
