Job Title: Inventory Clerk
Job Summary: The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and ensuring that all products are properly stored and accounted for. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process incoming inventory and supplies
Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments
Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies
Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy of records
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area
Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Prior experience in inventory clerk or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for 8 + shift
Ability to operate a forklift sit-down and Stand-up
Working Conditions: The Inventory Clerk will primarily work in a warehouse or storage facility. The position may require working in a NON CLIMATE warehouse and may involve exposure to dust.
Salary: The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
