We have openings for Full-time Warehouse Manager as Pickers, Verifiers, Loaders, Clerks, Staging, and Put Away Operators at our warehouse located at 756 Port America Place Grapevine TX 76051
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. You will oversee all warehouse operations and ensure receiving, distribution, and storage all run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include ensuring that inventory is organized, orders are processed accurately, shipments are timely, and invoices are error-free. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of 2 warehouse associates
Ensure all associates are engaging in best practices in accordance with SOP
Ensure proper LP compliance amongst associates
Communicate directly with management and warehouse associates regarding day-to-day operations
Monitoring outbound scanning to ensure accurate scanning performance
Validate that associates are properly loading cartons on to trailer per SOP
Verify trailer BOLs
Lock and/or seal all outbound trailers
Assist with training and development of all new associates as required
Qualifications
Previous experience in warehouse or logistics is preferred
Excellent leadership skills
Familiarity with state and federal safety regulations
Strong interpersonal skills
