Job Details:
Pay: $250 - $300 per day
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Responsibilities:
Perform warranty work, including touch-ups, minor repairs, and repaints as needed.
Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
Interact with customers professionally to address their concerns and meet warranty standards.
Maintain and transport painting equipment and supplies.
Communicate regularly with the office or supervisor for job updates and requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a painter in construction or similar field
Proficient in using power tools and equipment related to painting
Knowledge of trim carpentry and frame carpentry techniques
Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent communication skills to understand project requirements and provide updates
Experience with fixture installation and remodeling projects is a plus
