Overview
We’re looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Pallet Repair Person to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and rebuilding wooden pallets to meet our quality standards. This position requires consistency, focus, and pride in your work — every pallet counts.
This is a piece rate position, meaning the more pallets you repair, the more you earn.

Responsibilities
Inspect pallets for damage and determine repair needs
Replace or reinforce broken boards using saws and nail guns
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Ensure all completed pallets meet quality and safety standards
Meet or exceed daily production goals in a fast-paced environment

Experience, Skills & Education
Previous experience in pallet repair, woodworking, or construction preferred
Knowledge of operating and maintaining high-powered saws and tools preferred
Ability to work safely and efficiently on an assembly line
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not required)
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must!
