Position: Independent Contractor Attorney

Location: Confidential (In-office 3 days per week)
Compensation: Revenue Share + Bonus + Access to Firm Resources
A confidential, established law firm is seeking experienced attorneys in Health Law, Corporate Law, to join as independent contractors. This role offers the flexibility to manage your own cases while also handling firm-assigned work. Work in-office three days a week and enjoy a competitive revenue-sharing model and full access to firm resources. We are looking for attorneys with the ability or willingness to bring in new cases to grow their practice within the firm.
What We Offer:
Revenue Share:
30% of revenue from firm-assigned cases
45% of revenue from cases you bring in
End-of-Year Bonus: $10,000 after 12 months based on performance

Who We’re Looking For:
Licensed attorney with experience in Health Law, Corporate Law, or Litigation
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability or willingness to bring in new cases
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Commitment to delivering high-quality client service and maintaining professional ethics
Ability to manage both firm-assigned cases and self-sourced work
