Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to handle a caseload of personal injury claims, including auto accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, and other negligence cases. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully handling cases from intake to settlement or trial and is committed to delivering top-tier legal representation to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through litigation and settlement/trial.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Prepare and argue motions in court.
Take and defend depositions, including expert witness depositions.
Advocate for clients in mediation, arbitration, and trial proceedings.
Provide exceptional client communication and case strategy updates.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar.
2+ years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred).
Strong negotiation, litigation, and trial advocacy skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
