Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal – Addison, TX (Onsite | $55K–$70K DOE)
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
Draft and file legal documents: complaints, answers, motions, discovery
Conduct legal research and summarize findings
Gather and organize evidence, prepare trial exhibits
Support attorneys with trial prep and hearings
Keep case files up-to-date and deadlines on track
What You’ll Need to Apply:
4+ years of experience in personal injury litigation
Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies (Bachelor’s preferred)
Paralegal certification a plus (NALA, NFPA)
Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail
Comfortable with case management systems and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Texas court filing procedures
Courtroom experience in personal injury cases
Trial binder prep and attorney support during hearings
