Downtown Dallas law firm is seeking a team player to join it's homeowners association department.
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented with strong writing skills
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Word, Office 365, and Teams
Experience with Smokeball preferred but not required
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Receive, respond to and document communications from delinquent homeowners
Send payment plan requests to associations/management companies for Board approval
Notify homeowners of Board decisions
Document all communications and calendar approved plans
This is a full-time position only. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday with potential for hybrid schedule. No weekends or overtime required. Benefits provided including paid insurance and parking.
