Job Description:
HOAF is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role does not require legal experience, though some background is a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and possess a positive, can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks
-Perform data entry and create templates
-Prepare legal documents, correspondence and status reports
-Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys and court staff
-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
-Support other office functions as needed
Qualifications:
-Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn
-High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree or higher is a plus)
