Job Title: Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
Location: Addison, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Pay: $60,000- $80,000 BOE
Job Details:
Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including complaints, answers, motions, and discovery requests. Prepare and file legal documents in compliance with court rules and procedure
Conduct legal research and draft legal memorandum. Investigate facts related to cases and gather evidence to support legal arguments.
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders. Attend trials and hearings to provide support and take notes as needed.
Organize and maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Prepare case summaries and updates for attorneys.
Job Requirements:
Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Paralegal certification (e.g., NALA, NFPA) is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Experience with specific type of litigation, e.g., Personal Injury, civil, criminal, commercial is required.
Must have excellent attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, written and verbal
