A vacancy exists for the position of Communications Manager at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church at 635 N Story Road to start on December 1, 2024. Deadline to apply is November 28, 2024.
Duties include
Creating a digital footprint on social media by managing an online presence with the goal of being informative, creating exposure, building relationships, creating and maintain positive, professional, and respectful working relationships with internal and external audiences;
Building a strong connection between the church and its congregation by posting past, present and upcoming activities via flyers, bulletins and live feed of ceremonies twice on Sundays and other related activities on social media;
Extracting biblical stories from an official database, make booklets with animation to impart knowledge to the children on Sunday School;
Creating the weekly bulletins in Spanish and English;
Teaching Sunday School in Spanish.
Any other duties assigned from time to time
