COMMUNITY OUTREACH/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
A growing meal delivery service for seniors is looking for a reliable and experienced community outreach advocate who enjoys daily interactions with medical doctors, nurses, social workers, and administrators. Join our dedicated team providing the highest quality nutritious and medically tuned meals to the ever-growing aging population.
The position will require you to plan, direct, and coordinate activities designed to raise and maintain our product and service awareness. It will require you to Identify, contact, and cultivate relationships with businesses, service centers, medical facilities, religious, community centers and others to drive referrals.
Full-Time with future growth potential
5 days per week (M-F) – 9-5
Base + Commission plus bonus DOE
Qualifications:
Previous Experience marketing in the medical field desired
Must be enthusiastic people person.
Self-starter and able to drive sales growth
Ability to work independently
Self-motivating qualities and initiative
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Valid Driver’s license – use company vehicle when available
A clean DMV driving record
Pass a criminal background check
Responsibilities:
You will work independently, supervised by a team member
Traveling throughout the metroplex to designated communities, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, Dr. offices, etc.
You will generate leads, make sales calls and meet sales targets
You will visit 10-20 facilities per day
You will network with discharge nurses, social workers, administrators and build relationships in your territory
Building and maintain company CRM database and provide regular reports
