Ariel Home Health is seeking a dynamic and motivated Home Health Agency Marketer to join our team! We are a leading provider of compassionate, personalized home health services, and we’re looking for someone toJoin our team of our fast growing company. JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Ariel Home Health’s services to potential clients, families, and healthcare providers (Hospital, Assisted living facilities, Senior living, rehab facilities etc)
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, physicians, and community organizations.
Conduct outreach activities such as attending networking events, health fairs, and community meetings to generate leads.
Educate the community about the benefits of home health care and our tailored services.
Collaborate with our team to create marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and presentations.
Track and report on marketing efforts, including lead generation and conversion rates.
Represent Ariel Home Health with professionalism, compassion, and a client-centered approach.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or 2 year college prefered in a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse groups.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel to meet referral sources and attend events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software or marketing tools ( training offered).
Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly home health or senior care, is a plus.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in healthcare or home health.
Spanish speaking a plus
Proven track record of generating leads and building professional relationships.
Experience with community outreach, event planning, or public speaking is highly desirable.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Local with established referral sources
Proven track record promoting Home Health Services - 1 or more years of successful experience required.
Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
Familiarity with Contact Management software ( training offered).
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Stable work history, with proven, verifiable performance
