Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Housing PM 718 Inc., a premier property management company. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for spearheading strategic marketing initiatives to drive leasing goals and enhance brand presence across various platforms. This role requires a creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional marketing experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the management team to create marketing campaigns, including local outreach marketing, resident referral programs, etc. to achieve the properties’ leasing goals.
● Responsible for the oversight of fan pages on Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, and other networking sites to ensure brand consistency, awareness and audience engagement.
● Design and create brochures and other advertising materials such as direct mailers, flyers, signage, and other print materials.
● Monitor and analyze the advertising performance and marketing results weekly and monthly, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
● Assist in organizing community events and promotions to showcase properties and attract potential tenants.
● Review and maintain accurate content, photography, and functionality of properties’ websites, including links and other services.
Qualifications:
● At least Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
● Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive results.
