We use a great deal of digital marketing (website, SEO, social media, etc.) and we also use a Customer Retention System or Customer Management System (CRS, CRM). We average a little over 30% new customers and about 70% retained customers. We would be happy to extend the new customer percentage as we are a quality auto repair shop and plan to keep new customers as retained customers. We require a solid marketing background in digital as well as keeping existing customers from our CRS. You will also assist with our messaging to our customers by our service advisers, occasionally representing us in the community, and address any postal marketing we may use. While you may work from home on occasion, this is primarily an inhouse marketing position. You will report directly to the owner and have control of our various marketing efforts.
