We’re hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) 2nd Shift Team Lead in Euless, TX. This is a temp-to-hire role with competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coach production team, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
Run production reports and track metrics using Excel and Microsoft Office
Assist with machinery setup and daily operations
Maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Manufacturing experience preferred
Strong computer skills and ability to run reports
Leadership, problem-solving, and basic blueprint-reading skills
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work overtime as needed
