Our shop is looking to hire 2 people to fabricate signs. Looking for experienced help that can weld aluminum, has worked with acrylic, and is a great team player. Someone with pride in their work and great attention to detail.
We make interior signage, site signage, garage signs, and are proud to say that you have probably seen our signs. We have signs hanging in hospitals, museums, and businesses all over the DFW area. We have a great reputation and business is growing.
You will cut your own materials per specifications. Work with the team to use the best fabrication techniques based on the type of signage. We use more acrylics than aluminum. You may need to choose between epoxy, double stick tape, or welding. Once fabricated, you will sand (if required) and prepare your masterpiece for paint.
If you are reliable with a pleasant, get-it-done, high quality, team-based attitude, you are our kind of people. Our goal is to find a great person that will become part of our small work family that knows enough to help from Day 1. We will work with what skills you do have and train you on any new processes, such as running a CNC Router or Laser until you know every process in our shop.

Hours are:
Monday - Friday 6:00 - 3:00 with 2 paid breaks and 1 hour for lunch (unpaid)
OT available from time to time and is paid at time and a half
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starts at $20/Hr and goes up depending on experience and skills.
You will need to pass a Drug Test and Back Ground Check.
