Busy company in Mansfield has an opening for a facilities maintenance technician. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems
Repair manufacturing equipment as required
Perform preventative maintenance repairs on facilities and building
Must be ale to follow established plans, manuals, blueprints or drawings
Assist with day to day waste management
Perform minor carpentry tasks
Repair walls and paint
Move furniture
Keep all centers neat and stocked
Dispose of trash (inside and outside)
Maintain kitchen area
Learn to drive power industrial trucks
Ability to work on ladders and elevated performs required
Must pass a background check
You will need to be able to lift up to 50lbs. This work will be done in a warehouse and office environment.

Must have a HS diploma or a GED and 3 years experience
