Process Optimization: Monitor and adjust manufacturing processes to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to equipment, processes, or materials to minimize downtime.
Quality Control: Perform regular checks to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of process adjustments, production data, and any issues encountered.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to implement process improvements.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all processes adhere to company safety guidelines and regulatory standards.
Work environment that encompasses both office spaces and advanced manufacturing facilities specializing in plastic injection molding technology.
Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 is critical for ensuring the quality of automotive components. and experience with manufacturing software systems (e.g., ERP, MES).
Training in regulatory requirements for automotive and EV industries to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Maintenance Mechanic 5 year exp. $18-26 DOE
Install, assemble and test new machines and equipment
Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance and service for each piece of equipment
Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunctions, including visual and sound inspections
Use a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions
Complete repairs and parts replacements
Work effectively with other team members in a loud environment
Repair, install, adjust or maintain machines or vehicles
Complete written record of work performed
Troubleshoot electrical components using a Volt and Amp meter.
