Position will train 8AM-4:30PM for 3 months, then be regularly 2AM-10:30AM.
Candidates should be able to:
-repair, clean, troubleshoot and maintain all equipment on production floor
-Electrical wiring of equipment and hot stamping machines
-Perform regular scheduled PM's. Laser beam alignment, Videojet head setup and calibration.
-Work with production to keep machines running.
-Interact with supervisors to ensure that production schedules are met.
Key Qualifications:
-AS Degree or equivalent or vocational training
-4 years experience in a manufacturing environment
-Adhere to safety standards, rules and regulations in the workplace
-Experience working with electro-mechanical equipment in manufacturing
-Advanced troubleshooting skills
-Ability to read electrical schematics
-Task motivated and preventative maintenance focused.
-Intermediate or advanced PC skills(Windows, excel, access, networking)
-Proficient in reading and understanding the english language
-Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs.
-Willing to work overtime when needed
