Job Summary
We are seeking a Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on assembly skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced production environment. This position involves assembling and testing electronic and mechanical components used in access control and security products.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Assemble electronic and mechanical parts into finished products according to work instructions and quality standards.
Perform precise wiring, component installation, and mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.
Inspect assemblies for accuracy, fit, and functionality.
Identify and report defects or inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance quality or productivity.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with safety procedures.
Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.
Assist with packaging and preparation for shipment as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Previous experience in electronics assembly, mechanical assembly, or related manufacturing preferred.
Experience repairing laptops, cellphones, or small electronics is a strong plus.
Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, consistent work.
Perfect attendance and punctuality are required.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
