Job title: QC Supervisor
Job location: Forth Worth Tx 76140
Schedule: Monday to Friday
8am-5pm (flexibility is a must as its a 24/7 hour facility)
Pay rate: $80K-90K a year
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
The qualified candidate will be responsible for working with other department heads to make sure Food Safety protocols are being followed
The Candidate will have to be involved in the administrative process of up-to-date records necessary to manage the HACCP Program
The Candidate will have to participate in Third Party Food Safety Audits
The Candidate will have to train and manage other QC Personnel such as the existing QC Techs as well as develop newcomers
The QA Supervisor will be responsible for making sure all shifts are covered with competent and properly trained QA/QC Personnel
The Candidate must have extensive knowledge regarding HACCP
The Candidate must possess extensive knowledge regarding SQF protocols
