Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our wholesale trade business by ensuring that all products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory levels, organizing stock, and preparing orders for shipment, which directly impacts customer satisfaction and overall business performance. The Warehouse Associate will work closely with team members to uphold safety standards and optimize warehouse processes. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
Must be Forklift certified or experience operating warehouse equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
Experience with order fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Organize and store products in designated areas of the warehouse.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Skills:
The required skills for this position include physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items, which are essential for daily tasks such as receiving shipments and preparing orders.
