Ergomart currently has an opening for a full-time person to work in our facility to organize, maintain, and stock our 600-bin warehouse. We would like to hire a positive-minded, detail-oriented, responsible person with previous experience in warehouse management. The applicant must possess good communication skills and be highly motivated to keep our complex and dynamic inventory organized and in sync with our inventory management system.
Punctuality and dependability are essential qualities of a successful candidate.
$600 signing bonus paid at 6 months for solid performance. Also, twice-yearly bonuses based on company performance as well as individual attendance and performance.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
- Accessing and utilizing computer-based system
- Pulling and packing parts for shipment
- Working safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean warehouse environment
QUALIFICATIONS
The strong candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Good communication skills
- Positive disposition and natural inclination for helping people
- Computer literate – Netsuite ERP experience a plus
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Happy, willing and able to work 40 hour work week consistently
