Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of the office operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with data entry using Google sheets or other software
- Manage front desk duties including answering phone calls and greeting visitors
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Support office staff with various clerical tasks
- Maintain inventory supplies
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite a plus
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required
- Previous experience in a clerical or office assistant role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Other requirements
- Must own a cell phone with unlimited data and be able to download a free app for use during working hours. We do not offer compensation for this.
