Admin/ Assistant Position
Admin/ Assistant needed to perform the following duties listed below:
Sort incoming mail, assist with scheduling and dispatch service calls.
Write business letters, reports or office memos using word processing, power point and excel programs.
Must be able to speak and read English very well (bilingual a plus) .
Answer telephone inquiries from customers and vendors in a pleasant and professional manner.
Operate a range of office machines such as but not limited to copiers, computers and faxes.
Must be able to enter invoices into and bill-out vendors using quick books online®, file papers and documents in a timely manner.
Undertake other duties such as assist in preparing bank deposits and taxes.
Mon – Fri 8:30- 5:00 PM
This person needs to be friendly, flexible and understand the priority of these duties could change at any time during the year, week or day.
